ABOUT MANOLAYOGA
My name is Eden (they/them), and I’ve been teaching yoga and handstand classes for over 10 years. My journey into yoga began after years of volleyball and recurring injuries. In 2012, facing shoulder surgery, a friend suggested I try yoga first. Not only did yoga help me heal my shoulders, but it also provided a way to connect body, mind, and spirit—a practice I now love to share with others.
I completed my Vinyasa Yoga training in Mexico in 2014, followed by advanced studies in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Zurich, and cYoga in Barcelona. Since 2021, I’ve been refining my handstand practice with guidance from experienced instructors.
My classes focus on alignment, mobility, and strength, providing a supportive space for all levels, genders, and body types. I’m dedicated to precise movement, offering personalized feedback and adjustments to help each person deepen their practice at their own pace.
As a local expert for UP Zürich, I’m also part of a community dedicated to mental and physical well-being.
