With 10 years of experience as a Yoga teacher, Manola developed their unique teaching style. Their Yoga and Handstand classes focus on alignment, mobility and strength. There are always different options, so each participant can choose their challenges. In addition to the physical aspect, Manola also likes to transmit the importance of combining breath, focus and movement for a holistic experience.

The Power of our Mindset
After more than 5 years of teaching, coaching, and assisting other women in reaching their goals, Julie came to realise that the key factor to change was always working on one's mindset. In Julies view, mindset holds a great power as it can enhance our ability to accomplish what we genuinely desire. Today, her primary focus revolves around teaching practical knowledge on how the mind and mindset function, and how to effectively shift one's mindset to achieve what we truly desire.
