About the event

In our two-day Immersion from November 11. - 12., we will dive into the world of Yoga and Handstand, where balance, strength and mindfulness come together in perfect harmony.

It does not matter, if you are a beginner or more advanced participant, this course is designed for all levels, gender and body types.

The core part of this Immersion are the Yoga and Handstand classes. To complement this perfect mix of Yoga and Handstand you will also be guided through some Mobility & Stretching and Mobility & Motion Relaxation classes to unwind and prevent injuries. During the Mobility & Stretching class, we will explore the range of motion of our joints and reduce muscle tension through stretching. In the Mobility & Motion Relaxation class participants work in couples to support each other in gentle flowing movements, mobility exercises and mindful breathing. Through different practices, you will experience increased flexibility, reduced stress and an overall sense of well-being.

In addition to your physical journey, there will be sessions of Meditation, Breathwork and The Power of our Mindset. In both Yoga and Handstand practise the mental aspect plays an elemental role. Oftentimes if we tell ourselves that we can't do something - we are right. So imagine what would happen, if you told yourself you can indeed do it, but just not yet.

During the Power of Mindset sessions, we will delve into the discovering of who am I when I practice and shifting the mindset to better support your practice. In the meditation class, we will transition from the physical intensity of Handstands and Yoga to a state of calm and relaxation, allowing us to integrate the benefits of our practice and find harmony within ourselves. During the Breathwork, we will explore different breathing techniques and feel their effect on our bodies. Breathwork aims to cultivate a deeper connection between the body and mind.

Bring your lunch for both days, tea and snacks are provided.

With 10 years of experience as a Yoga teacher, Manola developed their unique teaching style. Their Yoga and Handstand classes focus on alignment, mobility and strength. There are always different options, so each participant can choose their challenges. In addition to the physical aspect, Manola also likes to transmit the importance of combining breath, focus and movement for a holistic experience.

As a movement teacher and artist, Sarah's background stems from various movement disciplines, including dance, yoga, and somatic practices. Inspired by the transformative power of art,  Sarah also infuses creativity into her restorative methods of movement. Additionally, she integrates meditation techniques to cultivate mindfulness and nurture physical and emotional well-being.

After more than 5 years of teaching, coaching, and assisting other women in reaching their goals, Julie came to realise that the key factor to change was always working on one's mindset. In Julies view, mindset holds a great power as it can enhance our ability to accomplish what we genuinely desire. Today, her primary focus revolves around teaching practical knowledge on how the mind and mindset function, and how to effectively shift one's mindset to achieve what we truly desire.
